Infiniti School Family Liaison Officer (FLO)

A very warm welcome to the Family Liaison Officer page! My name is Rhea, and as the FLO here at Infiniti my primary role is to provide a strong, supportive link between school and home - not only for our students' benefit but for you at home as parents, carers and families too.

My aim is to foster an open-door policy and to be available to everyone, so that we can build strong, positive and supportive relationships together to enable open and honest communication, which will help ensure that your child meets their very individual, full potential.

What can you expect from me?

•  I am here to help and provide non-judgemental support to you as parents, carers and families with any issues you may have in relation to supporting your children both at home and in school.
• I can liaise with professionals both inside and outside of school on your behalf such as Doctors or Social workers for example.
• I can support your family in finding out information about services and activities and also assist in making appointments and bookings with organisations.
• I can support your family with completing forms such as applications for work or benefits.
• I am here to support your family if you are struggling to get your child to attend school.
• I am always here to listen to your concerns via email or telephone but I will send invitations to join me for one-to-one coffee & cake meet-ups or wellbeing walk & talks on a regular basis.
• I will offer regular opportunities for you to join your child in creative skill-building and bonding activities.
